Terms of Service

AISearchPrompt (“we,” “us”) operates a marketplace where users (“sellers”) can list, and other users (“buyers”) can purchase, AI prompts and related digital assets. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use AISearchPrompt.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Prompts are digital goods delivered to you instantly upon successful payment. Because the content is accessible immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits — including for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the prompt's output.

The only exceptions are: (a) a verified technical failure on our side that prevented delivery and which we are unable to resolve, or (b) where a non-refundable sale is prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. In those cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Payment disputes or chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

On successful purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the prompt for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the prompt as a standalone product on another marketplace.

Sellers must own the rights to everything they list, must accurately describe what's included, and must not list content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates our acceptable-use rules.

Fees deducted from each sale:

• Listing fee: $0.99 per single prompt or $1.99 per bundle (2+ prompts), paid once at publish.
• Platform fee: 20% of the sale price.
• Payment processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (Stripe).

Example: a $19.00 sale yields approximately $14.35 in seller payout after fees. Payouts are routed through Stripe Connect on Stripe's normal payout schedule (typically 2 to 7 days, depending on your country).

You may not use AISearchPrompt to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, sexually exploitative, harassing, or that attempts to compromise the site or other users. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The service is provided “as is.” Prompts are creative tools — outputs from third-party AI models vary, and we make no warranty that any prompt will produce a specific result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
