1. Who we are

AISearchPrompt LLC ("AISearchPrompt", "we", "us") operates aisearchprompt.com. We are the data controller for personal information processed through the site. Contact: support@aisearchprompt.com. Mailing: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. Information we collect

• Account: email, display name, avatar, password hash.
• Seller payout: identity and bank/tax info collected and stored by Stripe Connect — we never see full bank or SSN.
• Buyer purchase: order history, billing email (payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us).
• Content: prompts, listings, reviews, and support messages you submit.
• Usage: pages viewed, clicks, device/browser, IP address, approximate location, referrer.
• Cookies: session/auth cookies, preference cookies, and optional analytics cookies (see §6).

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

• Contract: to operate the marketplace, process purchases, and pay out sellers.
• Legitimate interests: to prevent fraud, secure the site, and improve features.
• Legal obligation: tax reporting, DMCA, and law enforcement requests.
• Consent: optional analytics cookies and marketing emails (you can withdraw any time).

4. Sharing

We share data only with the providers that power the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
• Stripe — payments and seller payouts.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. International transfers & retention

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. For EU/UK transfers, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure to meet tax and legal obligations.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (sign-in, cart, CSRF) that do not require consent, and optional analytics cookies that require consent in the EU/UK. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the asp_cookie_consent_v1 entry in your browser storage and reloading the page. No third-party advertising cookies are set by us.

7. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Port your data to another service.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise rights, email support@aisearchprompt.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

9. Children

AISearchPrompt is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

11. Changes

We will post updates to this policy here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice.
