Our position

AISearchPrompt respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects sellers to do the same. Listing or uploading content you do not own or have permission to license violates our Terms of Service and may result in removal of the listing and termination of the seller's account.

Report copyright infringement

If you believe content on AISearchPrompt infringes your copyright, send a notice in writing to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. The URL of the specific listing(s) or content on AISearchPrompt you are asking us to remove, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of sellers who are repeat infringers.
