Seller Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and complete onboarding with our payments processor (Stripe Connect) before receiving payouts.

You retain ownership of the prompts you upload. You grant AISearchPrompt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, market, and deliver your prompts to buyers for the duration the listing is active. Buyers receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the prompt as described on the listing page.

You represent that you own the content or have all rights necessary to sell it, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

You may not list prompts that:

• Infringe intellectual property (including scraped copyrighted training data).
• Are designed to bypass safety systems of AI providers ("jailbreaks").
• Generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or illegal content.
• Promote violence, harassment, self-harm, or discrimination.
• Solicit personal data, credentials, or facilitate phishing or fraud.
• Misrepresent the output, capabilities, or compatibility of the prompt.

AISearchPrompt retains a platform fee on each sale; the remainder is paid out to you via Stripe Connect. The current fee is disclosed in the seller dashboard before you list. Fees may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Payouts follow Stripe Connect's standard schedule. Refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions are deducted from your balance. You are responsible for any chargeback fees attributable to your listing.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income tax owed on your earnings. If you meet IRS thresholds (currently $2,500 per year for 2026), Stripe will issue you a Form 1099-K on our behalf. AISearchPrompt collects and remits sales tax where required as merchant of record.

Our Refund Policy governs buyer refunds. Approved refunds are reversed from your balance.

Buyers may leave honest reviews. You may not solicit fake reviews, offer compensation for reviews, or use multiple accounts to inflate ratings. Violations may result in listing removal and account termination.

We may remove listings or suspend or terminate your seller account for violations of this agreement, the Terms of Service, repeated infringement claims, fraud, or abuse. You may close your account at any time; pending payouts will be processed on Stripe's standard schedule.

You agree to indemnify AISearchPrompt LLC against any claim arising from content you upload, your use of the platform, or your violation of this agreement, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
