Refund Policy

All sales are final

Prompts purchased on AISearchPrompt are non-refundable.

Because prompts are digital goods delivered to your library instantly upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits — including for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the AI's output when you run the prompt.

Limited exceptions

We will review a refund request only in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge: our system charged you twice for the same prompt in the same session.
  • Failed delivery: a verified technical failure on our side prevented the prompt from appearing in your library and we cannot resolve it.
  • Materially misrepresented listing: the prompt's content is fundamentally different from what its title and description described (not "the output wasn't what I hoped").
  • Mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction prohibits a non-refundable sale.

How to request help

Email support@aisearchprompt.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • The email address on your AISearchPrompt account
  • The prompt title and approximate purchase date
  • A short explanation of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and loss of access to previously purchased prompts.

Sellers

When a refund is granted, the corresponding sale is reversed and the platform fee, listing fee, and payment-processing fee for that transaction are deducted from the seller's payout balance. See the Terms of Service for full seller fee details.
